26Jul College Student Stole Bra Recorded by Surveillance Video
Miss Cheung, A 20-year-old lady, who rented an apartment at Culture Road， Zhengzhou City. She discovered her underwear which she hanged outside the day before was gone. So she went to the landlord surveillance video control room to investigate what happened. It was discovered that on July 24 at 2 am, a man came upstairs and took her underwear away. The police later learned that the man was a sophomore student from a Zhengzhou college.
