31Jul Man Not Happy With New Haircut, Pointing Gun At The Barber
A young man was dissatisfied with the newly cut hair, so he argued with the barber shop owner and then pointed a revolver at the owner. This took place at a barber shop in Caohou Village, Xuanwu District. The armed man was then arrested by the police.
