03Aug Erotic KTV Plays Pulling Pubic Hair To Attract Customers
A recently opened KTV at Kaohsiung city tried many ways to attract more customers. Not only nude dance show was performed in the KTV, but also the sexual abuse game of pulling pubic hair. The district police received a report and went to spot check on August 1 morning. Two pubic hairs were found on the glass on the table. When police questioned, a waitress admitted the hairs were hers. Police then charged them for sex offenses.

Police had received reports back in mid-May that “Dragon Women KTV” was in the stripping business. It was reported that they not only have dance show, but also a sexual abuse game for pulling pubic hair. The undercover found that the KTV was recently renovated and performing many illegal activities. However the KTV was careful at selecting customers and the undercover failed the mission as his identity was unveiled.
After spending one and a half month, the police finally disguised as a customer to enter the KTV. There were only seven rooms and five of them were full. The owner thought that everyone was regular customers, and he ordered the waitress to be fun. When the police felt that the time was right, they went into a room and saw Xia customer half naked and a 24-year-old Huang waitress with little clothing. The alerted police found two pubic hairs on the beer glass.
The led police officer asked, “Whose pubic hair is this?” The Huang waitress replied, “It’s mine!” Xia said that he came here for two hours at the rate of NT$ 2200 per hour. They were playing dice to see who had bigger number. Men who lose will take of his clothes, whereas the women need to pull out their pubic hair.
Manager Cai and other joint offenders denied their engaging in illegal activities.
