On February 20, Wu Xiao-bin, a student of Zhejiang University of Media and Communications, brought five thousand kilograms own plant mandarin orange from the house to the campus.  He decided to sell them for this year’s tuition and living expenses.

On that day, Wu Xiao-bin from Zhejiang University of Media and Communications sold all ten thousand catty mandarin oranges.  He felt safe to complete his studies this year.  Wu came from Quzhou, Zhejiang.  This year his hometown had over-production of Mandarin Orange and could not be sold out.  The market for the mandarins was bad and the class was going to commerce soon.  His father gave him the best quality of Mandarin as his tuition fee and living expenses.  With the help of Hangzhou media, Hangzhou people set off a craze to buy his “charity orange”.
