23Feb Ten Men Bash Xi’an Supermarket
On February 22, ten men went into a supermarket at Xi’an city with sticks and knives and started bashing the supermarket. 10 customers and five supermarket employees were terrified and escaped from the supermarket immediately. The whole incident was like a movie.
The supermarket name was “Zhong Jia”. A shopkeeper said that when he was arranging the items on the shelves, ten men came into the store suddenly and started smashing everything once they got into the supermarket. He saw those guys were carrying long stick and knives. The computer for the cashier at the entrance was damaged badly. The counter was also smashed into pieces. All the beverages and beers on the shelves were on the floor, and the snacks, liquor, and many food products were spread on the floor.
Mr. Li, the owner of the 300 square meters supermarket, said that he was not in the supermarket when the supermarket was intruded. He received call from the shopkeeper around 5 pm telling him that the supermarket was smashed. Mr. Li said that he maintained a good relationship with the neighbourhood and the surrounding shops. He suspected it was the guy who came to the supermarket several days ago asking him to sell the shop to the guy but got rejected by Li. After Li’s refusal to sell the shop, the supermarket door was poured with red paint. The supermarket bashing caused a ten thousand Yuan loss.
Xi’an police was investigating currently.
