What did flight attendant school? The syllabus coverage is very wide, including broadcast speeches, gesture, applicable English on board, language, mathematics, physical appearance, and many more. Although the lecturers always said that “recommendation will be given to those students with good results first”, but it is untrue.
The lecturers actually mean that he will give recommendation priority to students who can sponsor the school financially. All those who can become flight attendants are the ones who spend money, but no one will tell you because corruption is an illegal act after all.
However there are exceptions. Not everyone give money and gifts, or become air stewardesses through connection. Certain positions are opened to people from different provinces. In order to meet the quota, the students from other provinces have chances to become air attendants without using the “back door”.
For those who does not have “quota privilege” or access to “back door”, the school will force them to sign an agreement saying that they volunteer to sponsor school construction for an X dollar amount (not disclosed).
As the school gets more sources of sponsorship from various channels, they start expanding the school compound and deceive more people to join the course.
