70-year-old Liao Guoliang

January 21 was the results release day for the province test of substitute teacher becoming public teacher.  Many substitute teachers relied on this test to become regular teachers.  There was one person among the examinees appeared to be elder than everybody else.  He was a substitute teacher, Liao Guoliang, since 50 years ago, and it was only a normal day to him.  Although Liao Guoliang, 70, had a good test result, he still did not manage to obtain the permission as the real teacher, and it became the pain in his heart forever.

Guangdong TV host Ou Zhihang did pushups nakedly at several landmarks in China, including China’s National Stadium (a.k.a. “Bird’s Nest”), National Grand Theater in Beijing, Great Wall, Pudong, Shanghai, Central TV Tower, Guangzhou CITIC Plaza, etc.  He mentioned in his blog, “I love my country, I also love my body. I contrast my tiny body with the ‘miracle of the world’ through the popular exercise — pushup.”
