Not long ago, Mr. Liu from Tianjin passed by Xuzhoudao Primary School on his way home.  Due to urgency, he rushed into the school for the toilet.  When he stepped into the toilet, he saw a circular piece of lighting on the wall.  It was a naked woman in the image.  What shocked him was that the image was from an elementary school student’s lighter.

Mr. Liu was mad and questioned the student where did he get the lighter.  The student refused to answer him initially until Mr. Liu snatched the lighter from the boy.  The boy finally told him the lighter was purchased from a stall at Jilin Road, Tanggu District, Tianjin, for only two dollars.

It was later confirmed that there was such a stall that sells lighters that transmitted obscene images.
